We clarified and optimized great performance.

Challenge:
A large real estate and property management company was already considered high-performance. By further focusing their efforts, they hoped to provide more value to their challenging client, a major software company.

Effort:
Clearpath team members developed a picture of Core Processes for two sectors of business; this clarified and reconciled how things should be done, who does them and why. We engaged their client in understanding their impact and means of improving the processes and relationships. We identified personal styles and how they could best optimize team performance. We created a Strategy Map of objectives, initiatives, measures, and responsibilities and clarified a roadmap for implementation. We established a personal performance plan for all staff which enabled them to understand how they each contributed to the overall business strategy.

Result:
Our highly-graphic deliverables clearly explained individual roles, team processes and areas to focus attention. These deliverables engaged the team in new ways and introduced a structure for successful implementation. We developed a Value Summary that clarified the benefit of the team’s efforts over a 9-year period. They were able to show that they had saved the client an impressive $231 million. This allowed everyone to see the potential that they could achieve in the future – having “learned how to measure all dimensions of value.” We set the standard for corporate property management to increase value and reduce waste of time, money, and resources.
